One woman's membership was canceled by a local gym for talking on the phone.

Tina Santoro Asmar told The Herald that the reason she answered the phone at the Dedham gym was because it was from her doctor's office. Some gyms are known for having strict guidelines on cell phone use to prevent members from being interrupted by loud conversations. "It also eliminates concerns about video recording or photographs of people in their exercise outfits," Brian Kablik, co-owner of the gym, told The Herald. What do you think? Should gyms allow cell phone use? Tell us in the comments below.
