Shrewsbury police arrested the man, and two others at the Worcester City Motel.
Early Friday morning while investigating a person at the Worcester City Motel with possible warrants officers came upon a room with three individuals in it. One of the men, Alexander Ramirez, 34, of 32 Oxford St., Apt 3, Worcester, reportedly had 46 crack cocaine rocks individually packaged for distribution. Ramirez was arrested and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute. Also in the room were Nicole Leite, 29, of 66 School Park, Linwood who faced a warrant charge of unarmed robbery and Jaqueline Majeau, 24, of 15 Newbury St., Apt 3, Worcester who faced warrant charges of prescription fraud and possession of a controlled substance. One person was taken to the hospital after the incident Sunday morning at the Worcester City Motel.
Officers from the Shrewsbury Police Department are working on an alleged stabbing that occurred at the Worcester City Motel on Sunday morning. According to a release from the department, the male is not cooperating with the department. When police first got the call they were responding to a male who was bleeding. “Shrewsbury Police and U-Mass Worcester EMS determined that the victim had been stabbed in the neck and was transported to U-Mass Hospital,” a release said. Police say the wound does not appear to be life threatening. Anyone with information in connection to the incident is asked to call Detective Paul Brown at 508 841 8455.

The Worcester City Motel at 235 Boston Tpke. was "an active crime scene" this morning as police investigated a stabbing, according to scanner reports. One person was reportedly stabbed; EMS and police responded. The call came through around 8:25 a.m. Police would not comment and referred questions to the department's media relations officer, who is not working today. The Fire Department referred questions to police, but did confirm going to the motel Sunday morning as a first responder. Patch will provide more information when it is available.
