Police Log: Juvenile Arrested After Assault, Icy Road Conditions
The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, Dec. 16 12:17 a.m.: A caller from Avalon way said that another resident had just assaulted her and her boyfriend. A juvenile was taken in to custody and charged with assault and battery. 10:34 a.m.: An officer responded to a suspicious car on Floral Street. The vehicle belonged to a soccer coach who was practicing in the area. 1:20 p.m.: A caller from a business at the White City Shopping Center reported a person begging for money in the store. The male left voluntarily after an officer spoke to him. 3:02 p.m.: A car crashed in to a stone wall on Floral Street. The driver called a tow company for the vehicle. 3:05 p.m.: Two cars were involved in a crash on Prospect Street. One person had been injured from a previous fall and no one…
