Officers Respond to Drunk Females at Shrewsbury Green

The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, May 15 12:33 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer spoke to a dog-walker on Lake Street regarding leash laws. 5:26 p.m.: Officers spoke with the operator of a suspicious motor vehicle on Maple Avenue. 5:56 p.m.: A caller reported that she was the victim of a hit and run crash at Tanfabulous Tanning. Thursday, May 16 1:40 a.m.: A 911 caller reported drunk females throwing items at a resident’s window at the Shrewsbury Green Apartment. An officer assisted the females to get back in to their apartment. 2:54 a.m.: A 911 caller from Minuteman Way reported that their burglar alarm had been sounding. Officers responded and checked the residence with the homeowner.

Alleged Indecent Exposure Leads to Shrewsbury Man's Arrest

The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, May 7 7:15 a.m.: A caller from Kirk Street reported vandalism to their motor vehicle. 10:00 a.m.: An officer responded to a 911 misdial from South Quinsigamond. The caller was attempting to dial out of the country. 2:04 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer assisted with returning a dog that was found on Boston Turnpike to the dog’s owner. 5:46 p.m.: A caller reported that their car was vandalized on Main Street. 6:47 p.m.: A caller reported a male indecently exposing himself at the White City Shopping Center. Donald Zipfel, 59, of 53 Gold St., was arrested and charged with lewd wanton and lascivious conduct. 7:16 p.m.: An officer spoke to two joggers on Lakewood Drive that were having a dispute. 9:07 p.m.: While conducting a person …

Friday, May 3 10:24 a.m.: The Animal Control Officer retrieved a loose German shepherd on Lake Street. 2:07 p.m.: Officers responded to a domestic incident at Shrewsbury Green Drive. The couple was having an argument of child support. 4:16 p.m.: A caller reported a hit and run on Holden Street. Officers were able to contact everyone involved. 4:55 p.m.: An officer responded to the Goodyear on Boston Turnpike and arrested John Fiske, 59, of 14 Gould St., Apt. A, Wakefield on warrant charges of using a bad check and several motor vehicle violations. 5:43 p.m.: A caller reported suspicious vehicles on Holden Street. Monday, April 29 10:04 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Boston Turnpike after a caller reported the driver was operating erratically. 1:11 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer retrieved a rabbit from Richard Avenue. 3:58 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer took a report of a dog walker who was bit by another dog on Worthington Avenue. 4:23 p.m.: A resident of Arrowwood Drive reported that their house had been broken into and several items were stolen. 1:33 p.m.: Officers assisted the Shrewsbury Fire Department with a fire on South Qiunsigamond.

Stolen Vehicle Recovered in PA, Robbery at Dinky's

Thursday, April 25 7:50 a.m.: An officer responded to a two-car crash on Hartford Turnpike. One Male was hospitalized. 9:16 a.m.: A stolen vehicle from Shrewsbury was recovered in Pennsylvania. 12:47 p.m.: A caller reported broken windows at two properties on Hartford Turnpike near the Worcester line. 2:25 p.m.: The Animal Control Officer found a white bike with orange handlebars on Main Street and brought it to the station. 2:53 p.m.: One car was towed after a four-car crash on Main Street. 4:23 p.m.: One person was hospitalized after a one-car crash on Angela Avenue. 5:59 p.m.: An officer responded to a two-car crash on Lake Street. Thursday, April 11 9:00 a.m.: The Animal Control Officer responded to Bunkerhill Road to check a report of baby raccoons. 9:23 a.m.: A caller from Arbor Drive reported a domestic incident. Wednesday, April 10 7:43 a.m.: An officer from the Shrewsbury Police Department reported past vandalism to their motor vehicle. 8:48 a.m.: The Animal Control Officer responded to a report of an injured hawk on Baker Avenue. 12:10 p.m.: A caller from Boylston Street reported that their mailbox had been hit knocked over earlier in the day. 5:10 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Hartford Turnpike.
