Our weekday morning column, 5 Things You Need to Know, provides you with information that can help you plan your day and give you some fodder for water cooler conversations. 1. The Colonials for a Cure PINK Girl’s Basketball Game takes place tonight at 4pm at the Senior High School, 65 Holden St. The event is free. 2. Tonight at 6pm there will be a Telemark Demo by Eastern Mountain Sports at Ski Ward Ski Area, 1000 Main St. The free demos will be from 6 to 9pm with clinics from 7 to 8pm. 3. There is a Board of Assessors Meeting at the town hall, 100 Maple Ave., beginning at 8:30am. The public meeting will run until all agenda items have been addressed. 4.
