Just terrible, awful service. Electricity usage is through the roof for tiny house and two people. It costs more than families of 4. Last electricity bill is $200 for 2 people with fridge, two TVs, washer and dryer, and a few lights. During the day everything is unplugged, and no lights run or anything. Mind you I pay in full always on time, never late. When I informed them, they said they would come out and test meter, but if they found nothing wrong with it in THEIR opinion, they would charge me $50. Are you serious? I called and spoke with the woman at Home Energy Loss Prevention Services to schedule a free audit, and when I explained this to her, she said that is absolutely ridiculous and that they should take that on as their responsibility for their equipment. THEY DO NOT! On top of this, their rates are terrible, and they have about 10 channels for on demand. Horrible antiquated services and equipment, and absolutely terrible customer service.

Avoid this place at all costs!

PS - Since getting the elec bill that started this, I have been unplugged every single device in the house, and living in darkness around the clock. Even after living like this for the last month, my electric bill is $130. There is simply no way. I have offered numerous times for them go through my house and do an inspection and then they can see something is not right ...they have refused.

As far as the cable operations go, SELCO is awful. I would be more tolerant if their customer service employees weren't horrible human beings. I wish I could get FiOS in Shrewsbury!
