Shrewsbury's Brittany Altomare won the 24th annual Massachusetts Women's Open at Meadow Brook Golf Club in Reading, shooting 5-under 69 on Tuesday, reported the Worcester Telegram and Gazette.
She ended the tournament only three shots ahead of runner-up Kristin Walla. Altomare won the Massachusetts Women's Open two years ago.
