Houston Texans Sign Former Shrewsbury Football Star
Shrewsbury's own Shawn Loiseau is headed for the NFL.
Shawn Loiseau, a graduate, signed with the Houston Texans over the weekend.
Loiseau signed with the Houston Texanas as an undrafted free agent, according to Telegram.com.
"Texans nation here we come!" Loiseau tweeted after he was signed.

Loiseau is a two-time All-American and Northeast-10 Conference Defensive Player of the Year, according to the Telegram.
When Loiseau played at Shrewsbury High School, he lead the team to an undefeated season and went on to wint he Super Bowl championship in his senior year. He attended Merrimack College where he had 382 career tackles.
