Come see the Town of Shrewsbury's big trucks up close! Climb on town's highway trucks, parks dept equipment, see police vehicles, and fire trucks.
The Municipal Garage on 211 South Street will be open from 9 am to 1 pm for kids of all ages to see the trucks. The event will take place rain or shine. In case of rain the majority of trucks will be on display inside the garage.
The first 300 kids will receive a replica plastic construction hat and 811 dig safe promotional items.
The Parker Road Preschool PTO will be joining us and holding a bake sale to support their playground fund.
Each year the Town of Shrewsbury holds Kids Equipment day as a way to kick off National Public Works Week.
