Description:

Are you ready to detox for long-term health? So often you may think about detoxing as a way to “clean up your act” or turn over a fresh leaf and begin new habits. While these are good intentions, the true goal of a detox should really teach you daily lifestyle and dietary habits which improve upon the body’s natural detoxification pathways. Why? Well the body is always detoxing, every minute of every day. One of the main reasons symptoms manifest in the body is because waste, both internal and external, does not have a properly functioning exit (“detox”) route. A primary cause of dis-ease is from the breakdown of one or more of the five primary pathways of detoxification. Come learn about the 5 Primary Pathways of Elimination, how to support them and what it means to do a detox for long-term health. Spring is the perfect time for a detox!
