According to data obtained from MLS Property Information Network, listings for single-family homes in Shrewsbury were down 16% during the second quarter of 2014 versus the same period in 2013. (110 total listings in Q2 of 2013 and 92 listings in Q2 of 2014).
Average single-family home sale prices, during the second quarter, however, increased 205 from $422,078 during the second quarter of 2013 to $474,022 in 2014.
Average days on the market increased slightly from 73 days to 76 days in 2014.
