IMAGE GALLERY: Memorial Day Parade

The Memorial Day Parade left from the Richard D. Carney Municipal Office Building at 9:30 a.m.

Many groups marched in the Memorial Day Parade this morning, leaving the Richard D. Carney Municipal Office Building and stopping at the soldier’s statue in front of on Maple Avenue, the War Memorial at the , and at Mountain View Cemetery.

Participants included, among others, Color Guard from Shrewsbury Police Department, Color Guard from , Central Mass Blue Star Mothers, local officials, active military personnel, the Band, members of veterans organizations, the Shrewsbury Boy Scouts, the Shrewsbury Girl Scouts, and the 7th & 8th Grade Band.
