Development Watch: Two-Story Office Proposed for 181 Main St.
The Planning Board hears about a new development on Main Street.
The Planning Board will hear proposals at its July 11 meeting regarding plans for a two-story office building at 181 Main St.
The development, according to Principal Planner/Economic Development Coordinator Kristen Las, is anticipated to include 11,000 square feet of office space with approximately 55 parking spaces. A landscape buffer has been provided around the property perimeter.
This public meeting takes place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, at the Shrewsbury Town Hall.
