Vehicles Egged Near Sandpiper Drive, Shoplifter Arrested at CVS

Monday, July 15

7:23 a.m.: A caller from Sandpiper Drive reported that their vehicle was egged overnight. Other vehicles in the area had also been egged.

8:19 a.m.: One car was towed after a two-car crash at the intersection of Route 20 and Route 140. No injuries were reported.

10:11 a.m.: A resident of Colonial Way reported a larceny.

1:53 p.m.: A caller from Janet Circle reported that their vehicle had been broken into.

4:11 p.m.: A caller from Walnut Street reported a suspicious male in the area. The man was taken into protective custody.

9:12 p.m.: A caller from Floral Street reported that she believed someone was tapping her phone lines.

Tuesday, July 16

1:17 a.m.: Officers served an arrest warrant to Ashley Shannon, 27, of 3112 Arbor Dr. She was charged with violating her probation.

3:15 a.m.: A caller from CVS reported a shoplifter. Wanica Santos, 31, of 15 Blanche St., was charged with shoplifting by concealment.
