Shrewsbury Teen Charged with OUI in Northborough

Jakob Rae McVane, 18, of Amherst Road on Shrewsbury, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on July 4, and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, and being a person under 21 possessing liquor.
He was arrested on Southwest Cutoff after police were called to a report of a fight and found a motor vehicle accident.
