Shrewsbury Man to Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation for Murder Case

Keith Rosiello is accused of murdering his wife and endangering their two children.

Keith Rosiello, 48, is awaiting trial in the Worcester Superior Court for allegedly murdering his wife and endangering his children in Feb. 2010.
According to the Worcester Telegram and Gazette, lawyers are planning to use Rossiello's psychiatric state in his defense.
"Mr. Rosiello's lawyer, Louis P. Aloise, filed a notice in court Monday of his intent to offer expert testimony at trial concerning criminal responsibility and his client's mental state at the time of the crimes he is accused of committing," the Telegram reports.
Prosecutors are expected to have Rossiello undergo a second evaluation with a psychiatrist of their choosing.
