Police Log: Man With Loose Pants Accused of Exposing Bum; Trees Missing After Neighbor Dispute

Friday, April 13

7:13 a.m.: Police responded to a domestic dispute on Bumblebee Circle and requested paramedics for a Section 12.

10:16 a.m.: A caller reported a man's back side was exposed in the North Quinsigamond Avenue area. Police respond and spoke to the man, who was wearing loose fishing pants. He said he would put a belt on.

2:27 p.m.: A resident from Tennis Drive went to the to report W2 forms were stolen. Police filed a report.

2:40 p.m.: Police put out a be on the lookout notice for a missing psychiatric patient from Worcester. He was described as a 70-year-old white man with brown hair, brown eyes and a missing pinky finger.

3:20 p.m.: A resident went to the station to report a neighborhood dispute on Phillips Avenue. The resident said there were tire marks and trash on the property.

7:09 p.m.: A caller from South Brook Street reported she was assaulted by her husband. Police responded and learned it was a verbal domestic.

7:39 p.m.: A restaurant owner at 291 Boston Tpke. reported a man left the restaurant without paying. Police contacted the man, who returned to pay.

8:16 p.m.: A caller from 197 Boston Tpke. reported there was an individual in a Dumpster behind his business. Police spoke to the person and sent him on his way.

9:45 p.m.: Teenagers were reported to be running around Shearson Drive, ringing doorbells.

Saturday, April 14

9:26 a.m.: A Glen Gerry Road resident reported vandalism to a vehicle. The caller believed the vehicle was vandalized with chocolate, peanut butter and jelly.

10:10 a.m.: A Knowlton Avenue resident reported an ongoing trespassing issue with a neighbor.

11:10 a.m.: Police received a 911 hangup call from Whitehall Circle. The caller was attempting to call India.

6:43 p.m.: The responded to Fairlawn Circle for a kitten that fell in a storm drain.

7:17 p.m.: A person found a wallet and cell phone on Main Street and brought it to the police station. Police called the owner and asked for it to be picked up.

7:45 p.m.: A man and woman at 1000 Boston Tpke. were bothering patrons for money and rides. They were gone upon police arrival.

8 p.m.: An ATM card was found at 47 Maple Ave. and a person brought it to the police station. The owner was notified.

8:18 p.m.: A caller reported a man and a woman fighting on Arbor Drive. The caller reported hearing the sound of breaking glass. Police responded and found the door open but no one in the home. Police spoke to the woman involved.

9:45 p.m.: Police responded to the report of an underage party on Ireta Road. Kids were picked up by their parents, and the owners were notified and on their way home.

Sunday, April 15

12:06 a.m.: A caller reported someone was ringing doorbells in the area.

2:24 a.m.: Christopher Mcavey, 25, of 39 Egan Ave., Worcester, was arrested on Boston Turnpike and charged with possession of a Class E drug.

9:19 a.m.: Police received a hangup call from a Hawkridge Road resident; the resident was trying to call India.

5:08 p.m.: A caller reported an alarm had been going off in the area of 3 Industrial Dr. all day. Police attempted to contact the owner.

Monday, April 16

6:19 a.m.: Andres L. Gamez, 24, of 209 East Main St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, was arrested on Hartford Turnpike and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

8:45 a.m.: A 10-wheeler tipped over in the area of 845 Hartford Tpke., spilling gas. There were no injuries.

12:19 p.m.: A Park Street resident requested to speak to officers about ongoing problems with neighbors.

4:29 p.m.: The Fire Department responded to the report of a brush fire in the parking lot.

4:34 p.m.: A Park Street resident reported trees missing; it was possibly related to a neighbor dispute.

5:09 p.m.: A Grafton Street resident reported a neighbor was outside playing drums.

11:56 p.m.: A Cross Street resident reported someone rang her doorbell 10 minutes earlier. Police checked the area.

Tuesday, April 17

1:39 a.m.: A group of youths was reported to be running through . The kids were spoken to and picked up by their parents.

9:52 a.m.: The Fire Department extinguished a fire at 32 Shrewsbury Grn.

1:13 p.m: The Fire Department extinguished a brush fire on Tennis Drive and Walnut Street.

2:03 p.m.: A Hunter Circle resident reported youths were creating a disturbance in the neighborhood the previous night.

2:39 p.m.: A Shady Lane resident reported a man called her house and said she won the sweepstakes and he was on his way. She was advised to call police if someone she didn't know showed up at her house.

4:22 p.m.: A Grafton Street caller reported the driver of a silver Silverado was driving up and down the street yelling obscenities.

5:59 p.m.: A Wilder Road reported a sick bat in her yard. The bat was removed and terminated.

6:41 p.m.: A caller reported an injured turkey in her Phillips Avenue backyard. The turkey was moved along.

6:58 p.m.: A caller from 197 Boston Tpke. reported a female shoplifter had just left in a black Buick. Police pulled over the woman. Mandy Bradley, 40, of 26 Dix St., Apt. 3, Worcester, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense.

7:12 p.m.: A woman went to the police station to report a neighbor dispute on Sewell Drive.

7:24 p.m.: Police responded to a motorcycle crash at Sewell and Holden streets. The motorcycle driver was taken to UMass.

Wednesday, April 18

12:28 p.m.: A man went to the station to report the theft of an iPad.

4:45 p.m.: William Costa, 26, of 120 Eastern Ave., Worcester, was arrested on Boston Turnpike and charged with operating with a suspended license.

5:05 p.m.: A Job Cushing Road resident reported neighbors were cutting down her bushes. Police responded; the parties came to an agreement.

5:20 p.m.: responded to Hancock Street for a bee complaint.

10:35 p.m.: Police stopped to talk to a man dressed in black who was carrying a flashlight on Prospect Street. The man told police he was a member of the free masons, who were given permission to patrol the park after hours. The man was advised to notify police when that activity was occurring. 

Thursday, April 19

7:27 a.m.: A man went to the police station to turn himself in. Jamie Goodall, 29, of 7 Gilman St., Apt. 2R, Worcester, was arrested on warrants for assault and battery and malicious destruction of property.

10:37 a.m.: A caller from Hillando Drive reported stolen lawn ornaments.

10:56 p.m.: Animal control responded to a dead beaver complaint in the area of 193 Boston Tpke. The beaver was gone on arrival.

11:48 a.m.: A 7-year-old girl was reported missing from Lamplighter Drive. She was located on Brentwood and taken back to her residence.

4:07 p.m.: A caller from Maple Avenue reported a man in the back of the business didn't appear to be breathing. The man was fine, and was taking a nap.

4:25 p.m.: A caller from Francis Gardens Court was concerned for the safety of a young child who was riding a motorized scooter.

8:09 p.m.: A caller reported his house was broken into on Stoney Hill Road. Entry was gained via a basement window. Police filed a report.

8:24 p.m.: A 15-year-old gymnast was taken to UMass after falling at 574 Lake St.

Friday, April 20

3:39 a.m.: Police got a 911 call from Kalamat Farms Circle; a man and a woman were reportedly fighting. The man left before police arrived.

6:54 a.m.: A be on the lookout notice was issued from the West Boylston Police Department. West Boylston police said two men claiming to be police officers entered the home of an elderly female on Worcester Street in their town. One man held a knife to the woman. The second man was described as white, 6-feet, 180 pounds, wearing a red shirt and pajama bottoms. They fled in a red vehicle and took a 42 inch Sony flatscreen TV, Vicodin and checks.
