Monday, June 4:

7:51 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

8:39 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a loose dog near Maple Avenue and Crescent Street. .

9:05 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Brookway Drive for a woman with severe back pain. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:43 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Worthington Avenue for a woman in respiratory distress. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:46 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny from a home on Heath Road. A report was taken.

10:52 a.m.: A caller reported a scam on Willard Avenue. The caller said a family member was requesting money from Panama City.

11:34 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man who was intoxicated. He was taken to UMass.

12:38 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Williamsburg Court for a woman with chest pains. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

1:07 p.m.: A caller reported a past car break-in on Boston Turnpike.

1:22 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Browning Road.

4:20 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported harassing phone calls on Eastabrook Road. A report was taken.

4:29 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

5:18 p.m.: The fire department responded to Walnut Street for a report of smoke in the area.

5:50 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Bumblebee Circle for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

5:52 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a larceny on Avalon Way. A report was taken.

7:35 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

7:51 p.m.: A man reported an ongoing domestic dispute in Waltham. The police advised the proper procedure to follow.

8:04 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Surrey Lane for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

8:04 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man vomiting. He was taken to UMass.

8:16 p.m.: Eric Joseph Phelan, 19, of 20 Hillcroft Ave., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested and charged with a red light violation, operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended/revoked, an uninsured car or trailer and possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute.

10:50 p.m.: A man wearing a hat and a tan jacket was reportedly banging on doors and windows on South Quinsigamond Avenue. Police responded and the man was gone.

Tuesday, June 5:

12:44 a.m.: A caller reported someone took the air out of his tires on Boston Turnpike.
