Wednesday, April 4:

8:43 a.m.: A caller reported a past break-in on Shirley Road. A report was taken.

9:04 a.m.: An erratic driver was reported on Hartford Turnpike.

10:53 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with chest pain. She was taken to UMass.

11:07 a.m.: A medical call was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue for a man with high blood pressure. He was taken to UMass.

11:35 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported an issue getting his property back from a business on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

11:57 a.m.: Wesley J. Wright, 28, of 76 Harriet Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant and charged with an equipment violation, license suspended, possession of a Class B drug with the intent to distribute, possession of a drug with the intent to distribute and possession of a Class E drug with the intent to distribute and two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended.

12:06 p.m.: A caller reported a driver on Boston Turnpike might be intoxicated. A second caller reported a man smashed a car window and is now walking on Route 9 west. .

1:34 p.m.: A medical call was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue for a woman who had fallen. She was taken to UMass.

2:01 p.m.: A man soliciting for lawn care without a permit was reported at Main Street and Gage Lane.

3:59 p.m.: An anonymous caller reported a bus tailgating a car at Route 140 and Prospect Street.

4:12 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a 15-year-old boy that passed out, but is now awake. He was taken to UMass.

4:41 p.m.: A suspicious truck was reported on Cherry Street.

4:50 p.m.: A suspicious woman was reported on Main Street.

5:44 p.m.: A caller reported a dead animal in the road on Janet Circle.

6:02 p.m.: Daniel Padriac Mahoney, 20, of 35 Morrill Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested on a warrant for failure to dim headlights and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

6:21 p.m.: A caller reported his patio furniture was stolen from Arbor Drive. A report was taken.

7:01 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Avenue for a woman unable to urinate. She was taken to UMass.

7:28 p.m.: A person in the lobby returned old ammunition.

8 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported at South Quinsigamond Avenue and Oak street.

12:42 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Polito Drive.

3:19 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Essex Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.

6:28 a.m.: Police removed a ladder in the road at Route 140 and Main Street.

6:33 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Arbor Drive for a woman with an unknown medical problem. She was taken to UMass.

6:43 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Canna Drive for a woman unable to walk. She was taken to UMass.

7:26 a.m.: A caller reported a dead animal in the road at Memorial Drive and Gold Street.

8:35 a.m.: A 911 caller reported a juvenile missing from Wilder Road. The caller reported the juvenile was located. A report was taken.

8:53 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Atwood Lane for a woman with a diabetic emergency. She was taken to UMass.

9:03 a.m.: A caller reported a dead animal on Veranda Avenue.

9:22 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Hickory Drive for a woman with a high fever. She was taken to UMass.

9:30 a.m.: A caller reported that children have been on her property on Crescent Street and are playing on the wall in her yard.

9:51 a.m.: responded to Avalon Way to speak with an owner about her dog.

10 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Oak Ridge Way for a man with difficulty breathing. He was taken to UMass.

10:20 a.m.: A dead animal was reported on Janet Circle.

10:27 a.m.: A caller reported a possible phone scam regarding Publisher's Clearing House on Fairlawn Circle.

11:30 a.m.: An erratic driver was reported at South Quinsigamond Avenue and Boston Turnpike.

11:39 a.m.: A loose dog was reported on Prospect Street.

11:41 a.m.: The animal control officer spoke to the owner of a loose dog on Prospect Street.

11:50 a.m.: The animal control officer responded to to assist a goose.

12:15 p.m.: Police advised a tractor trailer is blocking traffic on Main Street.

12:31 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a man who fell on the sidewalk. He was taken to UMass.

1:04 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported harassment on South Street. A report was taken.

1:42 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a person who had passed out inside a business. The person was taken to UMass.

2:32 p.m.: A phone scam was reported on Boylston Street.

4:32 p.m.: A caller reported his mother was not breathing on Shrewsbury Green Drive. Police responded and a homicide was reported.

5:47 p.m.: A caller reported a piece of her call fell on Boston Turnpike.

6 p.m.: A caller reported a past assault on Edgewater Avenue. A report was taken.

7:27 p.m.: A suspicious SUV was reported on Claremont Circle.

10:11 p.m.: A caller reported two tractor trailers were idling in front of a building on Boston Turnpike.

5:25 a.m.: A caller reported a pile of leaves burning on Gulf Street. responded and extinguished the fire.

5:37 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Elizabeth Street for a man with back pain. He was taken to UMass.
