Police Log: 4-year-old Reported Missing

Monday, March 19:

8:16 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Westmont Road for a woman with flu-like symptoms. She was taken to UMass.

8:29 a.m.: A Be On the Lookout alert was reported out of Leicester for a stolen red, Acura Integra. All were notified.

10:04 a.m.: The responded to Main Street for a dead cat.

10:10 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a larceny on Maple Avenue. A report was taken.

10:13 a.m.: Sarah J. Kane, 50, of 11 Clegg St., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested and charged on a warrant for a motor vehicle not meeting safety standards, a number plate violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

10:24 a.m.: A person in the lobby reported a theft on Summer Street. A report was taken.

10:27 a.m.: The animal control officer spoke to a person on Prospect Street for a loose dog.

10:37 a.m.: A suspicious incident was reported on Sheryl Drive.

10:56 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Wesleyan Terrace. A report was taken.

10:58 a.m.: Police spoke to a man regarding a harassment from a company working in the area.

12:04 p.m.: A caller reported harassing phone calls on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

12:09 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Holden Street for a loose dog. A citation was issued.

12:20 p.m.: A caller reported an odor of natural gas on North Quinsigamond Avenue. responded and assisted.

2:41 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a woman with abdominal pain. She was taken to UMass.

3:34 p.m.: A caller reported a car driving at a high rate of speed on Floral Street. Police couldn't find the car.

4:08 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a larceny by check on Main Street.

4:22 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Canna Drive for a woman who may have had a seizure. She was taken to UMass.

5:09 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported harassing/threatening text messages on Lakeside Drive. A report was taken.

5:21 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a bank fraud on Longfellow Road. A report was taken.

6:20 p.m.: A caller reported a loud stereo playing at basketball courts on Edgemere Boulevard.

6:47 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported receiving suspicious phone calls regarding one of her neighbors on Monroe Street. The person said it possibly involved a recent phone scam her neighbor was involved in.

7 p.m.: A medical call was reported on George Street for a man with abdominal pain. He was taken to UMass.

7:35 p.m.: A caller reported his 14-year-old daughter is out of control on Meadowsweet Road. All people were spoken to and domestic rights were issued and the daughter will be staying with a relative at the night.

7:54 p.m.: A caller reported a group of teens congregating on Whitehall Circle. Police responded and the teens were gone.

8:01 p.m.: A caller reported her 4-year-old child is missing from a business on Boston Turnpike. The child was located and all were reunited.

10:42 p.m.: A caller reported a loud power tool that was being operated for hours at Francis Avenue and Paton Road. Police responded and found nothing.

Tuesday, March 20:

1:43 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported walking on Phillips Avenue. Police responded and found nothing.

1:55 a.m.: A suspicious person was reported at North Quinsigamond Avenue and Main Street. Police responded and advised it was a postal worker out for a walk.

6:24 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Dewey Road for a woman with chest pains. She was taken to UMass.
