Penny Propping Complaints; Two Arrested for Shoplifting

Incidents, Saturday, Aug. 24
3:28 a.m.: Neighbor dispute is reported that involves three males and one female, Madison Place
9:02 a.m.: Male chocolate lab found on Edgewood Road, and the dog is reunited with its owner
2:36 p.m.: Person reports that his wallet was stolen overnight, Boston Turnpike
4:42 p.m.: Report of person swimming in the middle of Lake Quinsigamond
5:10 p.m.: Resident speaks to officer about neighbor speeding through the Surrey Lane neighborhood
6:18 p.m.: Person reports that there appears to be a pair of women's running sneakers on the side of the road. Police say it appears to be trash.
8:54 p.m.: Resident in Shrewsbury Green Drive apartments calls to report that someone is shoving pennies under the main door, leaving it unsecured
10:15 p.m.: Two arrested for shoplifting, Boston Turnpike. Janine Harris, 27, 3 Veterans Ave., Worcester and Pamela Aupont, 25, 285 Plantation St., Worceser, arrested and charged with shoplifting.
10:49 p.m.: Loose black lab running around Maple Ave.
11:53 p.m.: Driver fails to stop for police, Hamilton Ave.
