In Court: Shrewsbury Woman Found Guilty on Heroin Charge

Wednesday, May 30:

Luis A. Collazo, 36, of 9 Loxwood St., Worcester, was arrested May 26 by Shrewsbury police and charged with driving with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker. Judge Calagione continued the case to July 16.

Lynn M. Cote, 35, of 12 Parker Rd., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 22 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Calagione continued the case to July 25.

Leah Mathieson, 23, of 68 Upper Elm St., Shrewsbury, was arrested April 29 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class A substance and being present where heroin is being kept. Judge Calagione found her guilty of the first charge and sentenced her to 30 days in the House of Correction, with credit for 30 days. He dismissed the second charge.

Aberlado Gallardo, 29, of 17 Tampa St. first floor, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 3 by Shrewsbury police and charged with driving without  a license and driving without a registration. Judge Calagione dismissed the first charge upon payment of $800 and found him not guilty on the second charge.
