Cops: Stabbing Victim Not Cooperating

One person was taken to the hospital after the incident Sunday morning at the Worcester City Motel.

Officers from the Shrewsbury Police Department are working on an alleged stabbing that occurred at the Worcester City Motel on Sunday morning.

According to a release from the department, the male is not cooperating with the department.

When police first got the call they were responding to a male who was bleeding.

“Shrewsbury Police and U-Mass Worcester EMS determined that the victim had been stabbed in the neck and was transported to U-Mass Hospital,” a release said.

Police say the wound does not appear to be life threatening.
