Coffee Theft Lands Woman in Jail

Monday April 23:

Gary A. Messina, 25, of 14 Bellingham St., Everett, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 7.

Kyle A. St. Martin, 18, of 20 Vincent Circle, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 24.

Christopher Thibaud, 33, of 27 Englewood Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 22 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 6.

Jan Kujawa, 44, of 38 Parker St., Chicopee, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 22 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 7.

Kurtis R. Scheer, 26, of 25 Endicott St., Newton, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 22 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 23.

Jason M. Leonard, 30, of 89 Kendall Ave., Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor, OUI drugs, marked lanes violation, speeding in violation of special regulations and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 23.

David W. Dellacioppa, 33, of 185 Central St., Boylston, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 22 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 7.

Marco Alves, 43, of 24-H Shrewsbury Green, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 7.

Daniely Norberto, 33, of 10 Greenview St., Apt. 213, Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 22 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor and driving without a license. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 30.

Harvey Jackson, 23, of 1466 Grafton Rd., Millbury, was was summonsed to court on a complaint April 22 by Shrewsbury police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 21.

Angel L. Tirado, 20, of 5 Eastview Drive, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Sept. 20 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with improper operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and possession of a class B drug. Judge Virzi found him not responsible on the first two charges. He found sufficient facts on the third charge, continued the case without finding to Oct. 23, ordered him to remain drug-free, undergo random screenings and to pay $50 to the victim witness fund and a $65 monthly probation fee.

Jillian R. Caron, 28, of 15 Melanie Lane, Brockton, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by state police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI liquor and having no inspection sticker. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 7.

Anibal A. Lopez-Rodriguez, 19, of 23 Forbes St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 4.

Wednesday, April 25:

Juli R. Peterson, 23, of 17 Millbrook St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Dec. 12 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with state highway traffic violation, driving without a license in possession, OUI drugs, possession of a class B drug and possession of a class E drug. Judge Virzi found her not responsible on the first two charges and dismissed the last two charges. He amended the third charge to driving negligently, found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to Oct. 23. She was also ordered to obey doctor’s orders regarding prescription drugs.

Christopher J. Vazquez, 30, of 10 Dell Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 9 by Shrewsbury police and charged with driving negligently. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 6.

Thursday April 26:

Samuel A. McGann, 19, of 552 Main St., Apt. 2, Shrewsbury was summonsed to court on a complaint March 26 by Shrewsbury police and charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct subsequent offense, resisting arrest, trespassing, breaking into a depository  and felony breaking and entering in the nighttime. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first five charges and amended the sixth charge to misdemeanor breaking and entering in the nighttime. He found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to April 26, 2013. McGann was ordered to seek a mental health evaluation and to stay away from the Shrewsbury library.

McGann was found hiding in the at about 12:05 a.m. March 26, about seven hours after the library had closed, according to police documents. He actively resisted arrest when officers attempted to take him into custody and his behavior created a risk to the key holder who responded because of his tumultuous behavior, according to police documents. Further investigation revealed he had broken into the depository bank bag and removed cash, according to police documents.

Dana Place, 33, of 209 Church St. Apt 53, Clinton, was arrested April 25 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with possession of a class A drug, subsequent offense. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 13.

Kelliann Slaughter, 19, of 20 Trowbridge Lane, Shrewsbury, was arrested April 25 by the Shrewsbury police and charged with shoplifting. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $200 in court costs.

Friday, April 27:

William F. Mula, 23, of 20 Gano Rd., Marlborough, was summonsed to court Sept. 26 on a complaint by the state police in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts and continued the case to April 26, 2013. He was ordered to lose his license for 45 days, enter and complete a substance abuse program and pay $600.

Nicolette A. Beshai, 27, of 216 S. Quinsigamond Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 26 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor, possessing an open container in a vehicle and driving negligently. Virzi continued the case to June 4.

Donna M. Bandilla, 50, of 71 Sylvan St., Worcester, was arrested March 6 by Shrewsbury police and charged with receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, conspiracy and shoplifting. Judge Virzi dismissed the first charge, found her guilty and filed the second charge, found her guilty on the third charge and ordered her to serve six months in the house of correction, with credit for 50 days served while on bail. She was found guilty on the fourth charge and ordered to serve six months in the house of correction, to be served concurrently with the previous charge. She was charged after security personnel at CVS in Shrewsbury observed her putting pounds of coffee into a large purse, according to the police report. Police found another six pounds of Starbucks in her vehicle, the report said. The driver of the vehicle said she “may have stolen’’ the coffee from Stop & Shop, the report said. She refused to leave her vehicle when police asked her to, and she had to be forcefully removed, the police report said.
