Incidents, Monday, Sept. 9
8:21 a.m.: Neighbor dispute on Worthington Ave.
9:15 a.m.: Possible restraining order violations, Everett Ave.
10:45 a.m.: Resident reports past larceny, South Quinsigamond Ave.
12:24 p.m.: Resident reports a female on Boston Turnpike yelling at him and taking his photo.
12:30 p.m.: Resident reports that a person dumped yard waste on Main Street. It was a small amount, and officers spoke with the person.
1:38 p.m.: Tractor trailer strikes pole on Muzzy Ave.
3:49 p.m.: Credit card fraud, Westmont Circle
5:04 p.m.: Vandalism to car, South Quinsigamond
5:22 p.m.: Scam calls, James Street
5:26 p.m. Suspicious vehicle in the area of South Quinsigamond Ave.
9:22 p.m.: Resident reports hearing "gunshots from all directions," Elm Street. Unfounded.

2:45 a.m.: Rowan Cook, 107 Grafton St., Shrewsbury, arrested and charged on a warrant
5:41 a.m.: Report of two vehicles pushing one another into a guardrail on South Quinsigamond
10:24 a.m.: Neighbor dispute, Worthington Ave.
4:09 p.m.: Resident on Surrey Lane complains that neighbor is harassing her
