ARRESTS: Worcester Man Charged with OUI
The following information was supplied by Shrewsbury Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The Shrewsbury Police Department reported the following arrests recently:
Armstead Woodson, 56, of Shrewsbury, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. on Jan. 12, and charged with assault and battery. Woodson was arrested on Coolidge Street in Hudson.
Tran Can, 30, of Worcester, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Jan. 12, and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, speeding, and obstructing an emergency vehicle. He was arrested on Boston Turnpike.

Robert Emanuel Young Jr., 53, of Shrewsbury, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Jan. 13, was taken into protective custody. He was arrested on Oak Street.
Julie Ann Doty, 37, of Shrewsbury, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Jan. 16, and charged with uttering a false prescription and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. She was arrested on Boston Turnpike.

Nicolas Jose Rodriguez, 23, of Shrewsbury, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Jan. 16, on an assault and battery on a police officer charge. He was arrested on Trowbridge Lane.
An unnamed person was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Jan. 17, on Yorkshire Terrace in Shrewsbury for being a person under 21 in possession of alcohol.
