Saturday, 9 to 10am
Designed and taught by a long-time distance runner and yoga teacher, this class will help to strengthen muscles, increase balance and flexibility, and improve mental focus. In this class, we will combine yoga poses and breathing techniques to support your running life, including techniques to take with you on your runs. This class will be a non-judgmental and safe space for you to cultivate ease in the body and mind.
While the class is geared toward runners, anyone can benefit from increased strength, flexibility and ease. No previous yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome!
