Shrewsbury Nurseries: What Should Go Here?

There is almost 16 acres on Route 9, just a stone's throw away from the new Northborough Crossing plaza with Wegmans, but this property remains empty.

The family-owned Shrewsbury Nurseries closed its doors last year and no one has purchased the property.

Throughout the last year, mulch has been sold on the property and a sign has been placed on the property advertising Shrewsbury Health and Racquet Club. And the adjacent property, Rainbow Play Systems sells swing sets outdoors, but even that looked empty.
