Best of Patch Readers' Choice Winner: Ronald I. Rosen, CPA

This week, our readers crowned the best tax preparers in Shrewsbury and Grafton, just in time to meet the April 15 deadline.

The winner of the Patch Readers' Choice: Best Tax Preparer is:

Receiving 90 percent of the votes (or 94 votes), Ronald I. Rosen, CPA took a lead midweek and held strong.

Rosen said he is available for last-minute tax returns if they are straight forward, otherwise, an extension would be needed.

"I would like to thank my devoted client base for selecting my firm as the best in Shrewsbury for getting their taxes done," Rosen said after hearing about his win. "Since opening my office in town in 2003, I have been assisting local businesses and taxpayers with their tax and accounting needs. After starting my career at large regional CPA firms, I now provide my clients with large firm experience with a small firm personal touch."

In our poll, received 3 percent of the votes and received 2 percent of the votes.

Next week, Patch is looking for the "Best Place to buy Sports Equipment and Apparel." The voting begins at 9 a.m. on Monday.
