"Come" Recall Training

PAWS will be holding a "Come" Recall Clinic on Wednesday 9/4/13 at 6:00 P.m, At the Greenbriar Recreational Area in Oxford MA

"Come" Recall Training

"Come" means "Come back to me and sit in front of me."

"Come" is one of the most important commands for a dog to learn. It can
save your dog's life if you spend time training it in. It's not a
difficult thing to do, you just need to know how to do it properly.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- How to pick your "recall" phrase

- Getting consistency in response

- Realistic expectations

- On-leash and off-leash recall, how to bridge the gap

- How to properly reward

- How to make yourself more high value than the world

Please bring HIGH value treats, a standard nylon collar and 6-foot
leash, Long Line (20-50 foot leash). No Choke Chains, Prong (pinch)
collars, or electronic collars please.

Please bring a copy of your vaccination information. (Rabies, Distemper,
Parvovirus, Hepetitis, and Parainfluenza vaccines REQUIRED).

Please RSVP to reserve your spot by calling Shari at PAWS (508) 414-7017 or by clicking "join" on this event.

$10 Per dog
