Last Chance: Get Rid of May's Yard Waste

It's your only chance this month to get rid of leaves, grass and waste at the curb.

We've seen hundreds of events come and go in the community, but how often does one pass you by that you wish you hadn't missed out on? How about deadlines that creep up on you, whether it's a tax bill or registration?

That's where we come in.

Have a deadline or an event that you'd like to share? It's easy to upload them straight to our events and announcements pages.

This week is the last—and only—chance you'll have this month to get rid of your leaves, grass and other yard waste on trash day. The debris must be in 30 gallon paper bags and lined up at the curb by 7 a.m. on your regular trash day. Brush will be picked up if it is no larger than 3 inches in diameter, cut into four foot lengths and securely tied into bundles.
