Makes me sad to say that I quite possibly hade the worst nail salon experience of my life here.

On the morning of my wedding, made an appointment for my bridesmaids and I to get mani/pedis I was VERY specific in saying that we all needed to be done together this was the kick start to my wedding day. We all showed up around the same time and the place was very busy. 4 of my girls were abruptly whisked away back to the pedicure chairs and the other 3 and myself were scattered around the mani tables no where near each other despite there being open tables next to each other.

I wish it ended there. After telling her id like my nails to look very natural, the girl doing my nails literally snapped and said " I've been doing this long time I know how they should look". After she put the first set of white tips on I was mortified....the spacing was so off that some of them were so close to my cuticle it looked like I had stump fingers. When I showed her this, her response was "I don't pay attention to that much tiny detail they are 95% perfect so it's ok". I didn't believe it was happening!! At this point, I start hysterically crying and my bridesmaid sitting next to me is trying to comfort me. The girl apologizes and soaks them off and begins putting new ones on. As she's doing this, I'm telling her I'd like the tips closer to the end of my nail to make it look more natural and out of nowhere she tells me "stop talking to me I know I know." Then she started talking Vietnamese to a co worker and I'm not stupid, I know it was about me....

I was so done after this I just sat there and cried the remainder of the time. By now, every one of my bridesmaids were DONE with their mani and pedis in the time it took to just do my nails and we were running out of time. One of my bridesmaids was comforting me and the girl has the nerve to approach me and say "if you hurry up I can quickly give you a pedicure before my next client". I ended up requesting some one else for my pedi who was very nice but it was so rushed I couldn't even relax.

The manager came out to talk to me after but he did absolutely nothing to compensate me for my horrible experience. What was supposed to be a lovely, relaxing morning of pampering and girl talk turned into a horrible and stressful experience. My wedding morning was ruined and its something I will NEVER forget. I wish i could give them 0 stars. Oh....and to top it all off....they randomly charged my credit card an extra $24 and my nails all turned dis colored and 2 actually fell off on my honeymoon.

Please do not give these people the priveledge of your business.
