FRIDAY: Fun With Hands at Willikers

Fun With Hands is an elevated take on the familiar duo, and it has a lot of fun with cover tunes.

For one, its setlist is an eclectic mix reflecting a myriad of flavors and decades. Fun with Hands setlist includes Alice in Chains (and a lot of it), Filter, Billy Joel, Elvis Presley, Dropkick Murphys, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pearl Jam (and a whole lot of that, too), Men at Work and Neil Young. This cover list has many artists that have very little in common, except that this duo plays it on the same night, and with its own delivery.

And secondly, the duo is one guy (Sean Mclaughlin) on vocals, electronics and percussion and another (Vinny) on guitar, loop creation, bass synth, percussion and keyboard.

Fun With Hands is at Willikers Tex-Mex and Barbecue on Friday, Jan. 18, at 9 p.m. And there's no cover.
