Tomorrow was supposed to be a day featuring frolicking, franks, and fun in at Dean Park in Shrewsbury, to celebrate the Fourth of July. But the threat of Hurricane Arthur hitting the region with rain and wind at about the same time has forced the town of Shrewsbury Parks and Recreation Department to cancel the event.
According to officials, it will not be rescheduled.
