Bill McCarthy at the Lakeside; English Conversation; St. Mary's Fest Kicks Off

1. Bill McCarthy is singing and strumming at the Lakeside Bar and Grill on Friday night from 9 p.m. to midnight. Grab a table and be merry. 

2. Yesterday, SELCO announced that it is still working vigilantly to correct the cable outage problem in town. 

3. St. Mary's Fest is back, gobbling up the entire weekend with entertainment, games, raffles, food and a lot more. Which day are you going? All three? 

4. There's a moving sale on Saturday, Sept. 14, at 10 Ronald Lane. 

5. On Friday, there is an all day MLS training session at the Shrewsbury Public Library. On Saturday, the library hosts an English Conversation Circle as well as a meeting for programmers. Check out the library's full schedule of events here.
