Here are some traditional and not so traditional recipes: One of the things I did for a private Passover class last week was roast chicken stuffed with Dandelion Pesto. I like to to take some of the food traditions and give them a twist; since dandelion are a "bitter" green, this sauce has echoes of the bitter herbs that grace the Seder plate.
