About this column:
This regular feature brings Patch editors and reporters out to work jobs, try a hobby or participate in an event—and share it with our readers. Do you want to request Patch on the scene? Are you a pro who wants to teach us juggling? Do you own a painting company and need some help? Are you a farmer who would let us drive your tractor? Let us know. It might make a great story or video. Email charlene.arsenault@patch.com.Every so often, we at Patch like to take a close look at the unique things going on in local businesses, and that's what led us to take parkour lessons at New England Sports Academy in Westwood. Keep in mind, the Celtic's got a full lineup of live music that continues throughout the weekend (starting at 1 p.m. on Sunday), and a menu that includes Irish classics such as Shepherd's Pie and corned beef and cabbage. Its Facebook page is consistently …

Racing instruction, too, is available. Classes are available for groups, individuals, and all ages. Ski Ward also offers tubing, but you don't need much instruction for that activity. Check out our video of our experience at the Ski Ward, where "pizza" and "french …
Being in the fitness industry for many years, Bonnie Lefrak realized the need and the want for a more integrated fitness and lifestyle experience in the area. Two years ago, she met that need, opening the Fitness Asylum in Shrewsbury. "Rather than just a workout, we are about creating lasting changes and transformations in body mind and spirit," said Lefrak. The Fitness Asylum offers classes in kickboxing, boxing and kettlebells, as well as specialty classes (with some catchy names) such as Total Body Melt, Total Booty Melt, Shock Therapy and Fat Blast Bootcamp. Lefrak said the most …
