Woman Arrested After Trying to Run Down Officer
Scanner reports indicate the incident occurred on Main Circle
Early this afternoon an officer from the Shrewsbury Police Department was working on Main Circle when a car began driving toward them.
According to scanner reports a female driver attempted to run down the officer, although it is unclear why at this time.
The woman was reportedly arrested after the incident, although her name and charges have not yet been released.
