Sweetie Belle Seeks Home

Help find this four-year-old lady a companion.

Sweetie Belle is a loveable, Argentine Dogo mix who has been with the Worcester Animal Rescue League (WARL) since February. She is easily excited and her adoptive family will be required to attend a training class with a licensed trainer as part of the adopting process. Because her size is matched with such an outgoing personality, it is recommended that she goes to a family with older children.

Sweetie is not friendly with other animals so she will need to find a family where she will be the only pet. If you are interested in Sweetie Belle, stop by the shelter and speak with our Dog Adoption Coordinator, Liz Fay. If you are a homeowner, bring your mortgage statement; renters bring a copy of your lease agreement. Everyone who adopts must bring in a driver’s license.

If you already have a dog, jot Pucks & Paws down in your calendar in the box reserved for Sunday, Jan. 15. At the DCU Center in Worcester, guests are allowed to bring their pooches in for a Worcester Sharks game. Stop in and watch as the Sharks take on the Syracuse Crunch at 3pm. Part of the tickets sold for this game will be donated to the WARL.
