Shrewsbury Girls Participate in National Engineering Week
Two young girls from Shrewsbury participated in an engineering program at WPI.
Neena Xiang, a 4th grader at the Spring Street Elementary School in Shrewsbury, tests a windmill she constructed from paper and other components during WPI's Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, a program held for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade girls during National Engineering Week. The morning program provided four hands-on engineering workshops.
