I don't shop on black friday, but after seeing all the early ads this year I've decided to not do any of my Christmas shopping at any store that is now doing early ads. Sorry, Walmart, Target, etc, I'm going to shop local, small businesses for my Christmas gifts, even if it costs me more for that toy.
