7:08 a.m.: The fire department responded to Crescent Street to check on a CO2 detector.

8:09 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a woman with chest pain. She was taken to Memorial.

9:15 a.m.: Two people were involved in a dispute on Boston Turnpike over trash. One person removed the trash.

9:38 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Avenue for a woman with an unknown medical problem. She was taken to Memorial.

9:44 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Gardens Court for a woman with a severe nosebleed. She was taken to UMass.

9:47 a.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Boston Turnpike. One driver was taken to UMass.

9:52 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Greenwood Avenue for a woman with hypertension. She was taken to the hospital.

10:14 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Westview Avenue for a 4-year-old having a seizure. The child was taken to UMass.

12:28 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with chest pain. She was taken to the hospital.

1:57 p.m.: A caller reported a past break-in on Willet Drive. A report was taken.

3:23 p.m.: A caller reported a man urinating on property on Main Street and then driving off in a white Ford pickup truck.

3:31 p.m.: The responded to a loose dog on Florence Street.

3:32 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to a sick squirrel.

4:05 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Villa Road for a woman with a possible stroke. She was taken to UMass.

4:12 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Main Street for a large, black dog loose in . The dog was gone when the officer arrived.

5:57 p.m.: A woman in the lobby reported a domestic issue on Commons Drive. A report was taken.

6:23 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported her passport and green card were stolen from her apartment on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

6:45 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a 4-year-old who fell down the stairs. The child was taken to UMass.

7:16 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Hartford Turnpike for a woman with abdominal pains. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

8:13 p.m.: Sanjit Basu, 40, of 141 Memorial Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, second offense, a marked lanes violation, assault with a dangerous weapon, a passing violation and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

9:23 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Saturn Drive for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to St. Vincent's.

9:33 p.m.: A caller reported a dispute between her and a neighbor over money on South Quinsigamond Avenue. All people were involved it is a civil issue.

10:25 p.m.: Two suspicious cars were reported on Edgewater Avenue.

11:51 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a disturbance coming from a residence on Hunter Circle. Police responded and the reports were unfounded.

Thursday, Oct. 6:

12:17 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

1:08 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported near the gym at .

1:09 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Hartford Turnpike.

5:29 a.m.: A construction worker from Boston Turnpike reported stolen tools. A report was taken.

7:03 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

9:48 a.m.: A medical call was reproted on Thomas Farm Circle for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to the hospital.

9:56 a.m.: The animal control officer removed a skunk from South Street.

10:27 a.m.: The animal control officer responded to Prospect Street for a loose dog. The dog was returned to its owner.

10:38 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Rockwell Drive for a woman with back pain. She was taken to St. Vincent's.

11:20 a.m.: Two suspicious people were reportedly going through trash on Spring Street.

11:24 a.m.: Stanley Szczurko, 38, of 24 Woodland Heights Dr., West Boylston, was arrested and charged on a warrant.

11:43 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Hartford Turnpike for a man with a diabetic reaction. He was taken to UMass.

12:01 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for a person with lower back pain. They were taken to the hospital.

12:20 p.m.: A caller reported a forged prescription on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

1:01 p.m.: A caller reported a smoke detector going off on Dean Drive.

1:54 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a lost or stolen pocketbook. A report was taken.

3:16 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Redland Street and Worthington Avenue for a small dog running around. It was unfounded.

4:42 p.m.: A caller reported stolen license plates. A report was taken.

4:49 p.m.: A caller reported vandalism to cars on Hartford Turnpike. A report was taken.

5:21 p.m.: A red cab driver reported a woman refusing to pay for a fare on Boston Turnpike.

12:06 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Ronald Lane.

12:27 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious man looking for a donation from one of the employees on Boston Turnpike.

2:51 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to Memorial Hospital.

7:44 p.m.: A garage door on Brentwood Drive was reportedly opened by a man who may be on his way to Pittsfield.

8:59 p.m.: A caller reported a lost white pit bull on Red Coat Road.

9:39 p.m.: A medical call was reported on General Avenue for a woman with chest pain. She was taken to UMass.

9:54 p.m.: Robert Howland, 54, of 6321 Arbor Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged on a straight warrant.

10:29 p.m.: A caller reported two men on dirt bikes on Whitehall Circle.

11:06 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Eastern Point Drive for a man with injuries from a fall. He was taken to UMass.

Saturday, Oct. 8:

1:05 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Old Brook Road and South Street.

1:37 a.m.: Two suspicious cars were reported on Boston Turnpike.

9:06 a.m.: A caller reported missing items from their purse. A report was taken.

11:35 a.m.: A caller reported a suspicious man and woman on South Street.

11:58 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Arbor Drive for a man with a hand injury. He was taken to UMass.

12:19 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a man with a head injury from a fall off a bicycle on Main Street. He was taken to UMass.

1:26 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Lake Street for a man with an infection on his leg. He was taken to UMass.

3:02 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Hartford Turnpike for a woman with low blood sugar. She was taken to UMass.

5:08 p.m.: A suspicious van was reported on Turtle Creek Circle. The van was doing roof work in the area.

5:11 p.m.: A caller reported men on dirt bikes without helmets on Chartwell Circle.

5:58 p.m.: Brandon Zarr, 25, of 45 Greenfield St., Worcester, was arrested and charged on a straight warrant.

7:17 p.m.: A medical call was reported at for a football player with a spinal injury. He was taken to UMass.

8:11 p.m.: A caller from Oak Ridge Way and Main Circle reported gunshots or fireworks in the area. Police responded and found nothing.

8:21 p.m.: A missing person was reported on Lake Street.

8:53 p.m.: A license plate was found on Lake Street.

10:53 p.m.: A caller reported seeing some teenagers hanging around on the street skateboarding and causing a disturbance on Ireta Road. Police responded and all was quiet.

11:18 p.m.: A caller reported a barking dog causing a disturbance on Kinglet Drive.

Sunday, Oct. 9:

1:05 a.m.: Police removed youths from Floral Street.

1:28 a.m.: A suspicious woman was reportedly walking around inside of a business on Boston Turnpike.

1:59 a.m.: A caller reported a fight on Lake Street. Erich Perfetti, 21, of 21 Cedar Rd., Shrewsbury, was arrested on Lake Street for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Yartemy Silva Pinheiro, 21, of 10 Sleepy Hollow, Apt. 3rd, Shrewsbury, was arrested on Lake Street and charged with malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

3:39 a.m.: a caller reported a man refuses to leave and is proceeding to throw things at her at her home on Main Street.

8:05 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Lake Street for a woman with labored breathing. She was taken to UMass.

10:32 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Yorkshire Terrace for a man with a leg injury. He was taken to UMass.

10:39 a.m.: A caller reported a noise disturbance on Walnut Street for a red dump truck making a loud noise.

12:24 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Eaglehead Terrace for a woman with chest pain. She was taken to UMass.

12:49 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Francis Avenue for a woman having a seizure. She was taken to UMass.

1:35 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Main Street for an altered mental status. He was taken to UMass.

3:17 p.m.: A caller reported two young men doing burnouts on Beverly Hill Drive. When police arrived, they were gone.

5:38 p.m.: A caller reported a shoplifting incident on Boston Turnpike.

6 p.m.: A caller reported loud music coming from a home on South Quinsigamond Avenue. Police advised the noise ordinance doesn't start until 7 p.m.

6:33 p.m.: A caller reported loud music coming from a home on South Quinsigamond Avenue. When police arrived, it was unfounded.

7:34 p.m.: A caller reported a dog barking on Spruce Street. It is an ongoing issue. When police responded, it was unfounded.

7:49 p.m.: A caller reported loud music coming from Pleasant View Street. Police responded and spoke to the homeowner.

9:54 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Jordan Pond.

Monday, Oct. 10:

12:48 a.m.: Three suspicious youths were reported walking around the area going on residents lawns and causing a disturbance on Whippoorwill Drive.

1:17 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Hartford Turnpike for a man with chest pains. He was taken to UMass.

1:29 a.m.: A caller reported a man and woman yelling outside on Cherry Street.

3:25 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Commons Drive for a 3-year-old having a seizure. The child was taken to UMass.

3:31 a.m.: A caller reported taking in a stray dog on Lake Street. Police responded and retrieved the dog.
