Thursday, June 2:

7:59 a.m.: A suspicious man in blue scrubs was soliciting money on Boston Turnpike.

8:28 a.m.: A suspicious man was reported at the corner of Adams Road and Grafton Street.

8:38 a.m.: A three-car accident was reported at the corner of Route 20 and South Street. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

8:44 a.m.: A suspicious man wearing blue scrubs came from the woods on Thomas Farm Circle and is walking around. responded and sent the man on his way.

9:43 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with shoulder pain. Fire assisted and transported.

9:51 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Heywood Street.

10:53 a.m.: A false prescription was reported on Boston Turnpike.

11:32 a.m.: A two-car accident was reported at 43 Maple Ave. One person was taken to UMASS. A report was taken.

12:12 p.m.: A two-car accident was reported at 714 Main St. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

12:45 p.m.: A two-car accident was reported at 285 Boston Tpke. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

2:14 p.m.: The animal control officer was out speaking to the owner of a dog who bit a girl on Everett Avenue.

2:15 p.m.: The animal control officer spoke to a dog owner with three dogs running loose on Baker Avenue.

2:50 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Commons Drive for a woman wwith high blood pressure. Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to UMASS.

4 p.m.: A caller reported youths were skateboarding in the parking lot on Maple Avenue. Police responded and sent them on their way.

4:31 p.m.: A hit and run accident was reported on Boston Turnpike.

4:43 p.m.: Gary Lee Sharp, 31, of 19 Whitcomb St., Apt. 1, Webster, was arrested at 52 South Quinsigamond Ave. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

4:44 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Boston Turnpike for a person seizing. Police, Fire and EMS responded and took the person to UMASS.

5 p.m.: A two-car accident was reported on Boston Turnpike. One person was taken to UMASS. A report was taken.

5:44 p.m.: An iPod was returned to the station.

5:51 p.m.: A caller reported their dog was bit by a hedgehog. The animal control officer responded and the dog was killed.

6:03 p.m.: A two-car accident was reported on Hartford Turnpike. No injuries were reported.

6:07 p.m.: Police stopped a car on Boston Turnpike and issued a written warning for a drug violation.

8 p.m.: A two-car accident was reported on Boston Turnpike. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

8:14 p.m.: A panhandler was reported on Boston Turnpike. He was spoken to and sent on his way.

9:12 p.m.: Three suspicious cars were reported on Maple Avenue possibly involved in drug activities.

9:22 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Pineland Avenue. A report was taken.

10 p.m.: A caller reported seeing a baby fox at Dean Park. The animal control officer was advised and she said it was not an issue.

10:21 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a missing foster child from Arbor Drive. A missing report was taken.

10:27 p.m.: Suspicious people were reported on Boston Turnpike.

10:32 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Pineland Avenue for a woman with an altered mental status. Fire and EMS responded and were cleared with a patient refusal.

10:37 p.m.: A fire alarm went off on Lakeside Drive. Fire responded and advised there were no problems.

Friday, June 3:

1:20 a.m.: A caller reported a lost weed wacker somewhere along South Quinsigamond Avenue—it fell off the top of a vehicle while traveling on the road.

1:50 a.m.: Three suspicious men were reported at a business on Boston Turnpike.

8:26 a.m.: A two-car accident was reported at the corner of Melody Lane and Grafton Street. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

8:40 a.m.: The animal control officer responded to the corner of North Street and Wilder Road for a report of a dog bite. She will followup next week.

9:13 a.m.: A past motor vehicle accident was reported on Boston Turnpike. A report will follow.

9:46 a.m.: A caller reported business cards for a local cleaning business were dumped all over the roadway on Harrington Avenue.

11:32 a.m.: An employee from the department of industrial accidents requested police regarding a work stoppage order and paving company currently working at Bumblebee Circle. Robert Knisken Jr., 51, of 31 Sabrina Circle, Rochdale, was arrested and charged on a warrant.

12:23 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Maple Avenue.

2:11 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Lakeview Avenue for a woman with difficulty breathing. Police, Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to UMASS.

2:34 p.m.: An injured turtle was reported on Lake Street. The animal control officer was notified.

3:02 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Olympia Avenue for an elderly man with a possible stroke. Police, Fire and EMS responded and took the man to St. Vincent's Hospital.

3:10 p.m.: A caller reported a larceny of scratch tickets on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

3:18 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Phillips Avenue for a man with a possible broken ankle. Fire and EMS responded and took the man to UMASS.

4:09 p.m.: A medical call was reported for a prisoner in the cell at the station. EMS responded and took the prisoner to UMASS.

4:16 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Fairlawn Circle for a youth riding around on a four wheeler. Police responded and they said they would stop for the day.

4:37 p.m.: A two-car accident was reported on South Quinsigamond Avenue. No injuries were reported and a report was taken.

5:03 p.m.: A caller reported a break-in on Purinton Street. Police responded and determined a time for the break-in. A report was taken.

5:38 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Gulf Street for a woman with lower back pain. Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to UMASS.

6 p.m.: An identity theft was reported.

7:19 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Smith Lane.

8:20 p.m.: A group of youths were playing in the playground on Main Street. When police arrived, the youths were gone.

8:23 p.m.: Robert E. Davis, 50, of 14 Preston Ave., Auburn, was arrested on 210 Boston Tpke., and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation.

10:10 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

Saturday, June 4:

12:46 a.m.: Loud music was reported on Commons Drive. Residents were advised and cooperative.

12:56 a.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Pleasant Street.

1:49 a.m.: Catherine M. Langmaid, 33, of 208A South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with violating a protective order.

2:38 a.m.: Rosana A. Morreira, 42, of 2 Shrewsbury Green Dr., Apt. 2B, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged on a warrant for larceny over $250.

4:02 a.m.: A medical call was reported for a man who is unresponsive, but not breathing on Cottage Avenue. EMS transported the man to UMASS.

5:02 a.m.: A female prisoner requested an ambulance for heart palpitations. EMS took the woman to UMASS.

6:01 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Liberty Drive for a woman with injuries from a fall. Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to UMASS.

7:30 a.m.: A caller reported someone came into his room while he was sleeping and took his wallet, which contained $1,200 on Boston Turnpike. Police responded and the wallet was found, but not the cash. A report will follow.

11:28 a.m.: A hit and run accident was reported on Boston Turnpike. A report was taken.

12:12 p.m.: A caller reported her yorkshire terrier got loose on Grafton Street.

12:21 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Boston Turnpike. EMS took the man to UMASS. A report will follow.

12:53 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Maple Avenue for an elderly woman on the ground. Police, Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to UMASS.

3:43 p.m.: A dispute was reported on Shrewsbury Green Drive. A report was taken.

4:47 p.m.: A caller reported that her son had a fight with his sister and ran off from Knights Road. The boy was found.

5:01 p.m.: A caller reported his boat will not shift into gear on Lake Quinsigamond. Another boat towed him to shore.

6:16 p.m.: A suspicious man was reported on Maple Avenue.

7:24 p.m.: A man and woman were outside a business on Francis Garden and were loud and possibly drunk. Police responded and the couple was waiting for a cab to take them to the Rainbow Motel.

9:44 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a man with injuries from a fall. Fire and EMS responded and took the man to UMASS.

10:40 p.m.: A caller reported a man and woman arguing in the street on Fairview Street. Police responded and spoke to the people. The issue was resolved.

11:07 p.m.: A caller reported a lost or stolen wallet. A report was taken.

11:34 p.m.: Two suspicious people were reported on Lake Street.

11:39 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Boston Turnpike.

Sunday, June 5:

12:17 a.m.: Police responded to a suspicious car behind Oak Middle School. A group of teens were talking and everything was all set.

12:32 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue.

12:39 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Commerce Road.

12:45 a.m.: A suspicious vehicle was reported on South Street.

1:23 a.m.: A loud group returning from the bar scene was reported on Boston Turnpike causing a disturbance.

1:42 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Mercury Drive for a man with chest pain. Police, Fire and EMS responded and took the man to UMASS.

1:46 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Boston Turnpike.

2:04 a.m.: Two suspicious was reported on Boston Turnpike.

2:35 a.m.: A suspicious car was reported on North Quinsigamond Avenue.

3:32 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Longfellow Road for a man who needed a lift assist. Fire and EMS responded and assisted.

8:29 a.m.: A medical call was reported at the corner of Route 140 and I-290 for a medical call in a car. EMS responded and took the man to UMASS.

1:39 p.m.: A caller reported a rabid fox returned to the woods near Main Street.

2:03 p.m.: A dispute was reported on Caroline Avenue. A neighbor was cutting down shrubs on her property. Police advised it was an ongoing neighbor dispute.

4:13 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for woman with injuries from a fall. Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to St. Vincent's.

4:31 p.m.: A caller reported loss of power and a transformer smoking on Hartford Turnpike.

5:27 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Julio Drive for a woman with chest pain. Fire and EMS responded and took the woman to UMASS.

5:44 p.m.: A one-car accident was reported at 889 Boston Tpke. A car went off the road and hit a light pole. EMS transported the driver to UMASS. A report was taken.

6:37 p.m.: A hit and run accident was reported on Boston Turnpike.

7:27 p.m.: Suspicious teenagers were reported on Taha Drive.

8:17 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Longfellow Road for a man who is unresponsive and is not breathing. Fire and EMS responded and a report was taken.

11:21 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Main Street.

11:28 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Shrewsbury Green Drive. The people involved were advised of domestic rights.

Monday, June 6:

12:45 a.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Shrewsbury Green Drive. Both parties were spoken to.

6:21 a.m.: A suspicious ar was reported on Blossom Tree Drive.

6:55 a.m.: Francis M. Welcom III, 56, of 4 Cobblestone Way, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with violating a harassment prevention order.
