10:46 a.m.: A caller reported that a tractor trailer took down wires and damaged the siding on a house on Villa Road.

5:45 p.m.: The Shrewsbury Fire Department assisted a resident of Elm Street who had water in their basement.

8:16 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Boston Turnpike at Harrington Avenue. Andrew Proia, 29, of 39 Flagg Rd. Southborough was arrested on warrant charges of operating with a suspended license, brakes violation and failure to change name and address.

8:56 p.m.: A caller from one of the restaurants at White City Shopping Center called the Shrewsbury Police Department regarding a patron who had left without paying. An officer spoke to the patron at their residence and told them they were no longer allowed at the restaurant.
