Like least: Messineo said he is not a great micromanager. "Attention to detail is not one of my strong suits."
Where you see yourself five years from now: Messineo said he will always have his foot in this business, but will likely be "developing other frontiers," which could include nutrition consultations and coaching.

All-Access Physical Therapy was located at the Shrewsbury Health and Racquet Club building before outgrowing the space and moving to this location three years ago, according to co-owner Stephen Messineo.
The fitness academy customizes programs for its members and offers plenty of equipment as well as a studio for yoga, nia, and an acupuncturist. A 7-week summer strength and conditioning program for athletes Grade 6 through college will be starting soon. Agreed, almost as good as our library and staff there too.
I only wished they could give me a "wake-up call" daily when it was time to go to the gym.
