The Board of Selectmen and Town Manager are seeking a qualified applicant to fill the full time Administrative Assistant II position in the Office of the Board of Selectmen and Town Manager.
This position is paid on the Administrative Assistant II (A-3) pay grade, which is currently $18.59 to $22.17 per hour.
Primary responsibilities are those associated with the Office of the Board of Selectmen handling all licensing and clerical support of the Board of Selectmen as necessary including the attendance at night meetings for the purposes of taking minutes. Secondary responsibilities are in support of the combined office of the Board of Selectmen and Town Manager.
The successful applicant will have proficient MS Office skills as well as strong computer knowledge with demonstrated administrative support experience.
